Across Ontario, buyers and sellers are facing higher costs, tighter affordability, and a process that often feels noisy, stressful, and outdated. What once worked no longer fits modern life in 2025.
Many families struggle to afford buying a home. Others find that selling privately quickly turns into a parade of showings, strangers, pressure, and constant disruption to daily life.
We believed there had to be a more respectful way — one that protects privacy, limits unnecessary exposure, and still connects the right people together.

We’re creating a calm alternative to the traditional route. Deal House Property Solutions connects private sellers with qualified, screened buyers, with families first. The goal is simple: reduce noise, improve clarity, and allow both sides to move forward on their own terms.

We are not real estate agents and do not represent either party. We do not negotiate offers. Our role is limited to screening for seriousness and making meaningful introductions. Buyers and sellers handle transactions directly and are encouraged to use their own legal advice.
